1 – OK, my site is built but now I want to change some stuff. How much do I have to pay for that?
If you want to make price changes, new products updates, promotion banners and the like, then you’ll be glad to learn that it’s all covered in your monthly fee. If you want to go deeper than that and make more substantial changes, then we can talk about it. For reference on how much that can cost, just follow the Lis7o pricing line.
2 - The website hosting includes 5GB transfer and 1GB of storage. What if I go over these limits?
Don’t you worry about it. If your site is about to go over the limits, we’ll let you know and we’ll contact you with a cloud service to have heavy loads and scalable real time traffic. Bandwidth overages are charged at the rate of $0.50 per month per additional GB but we’ll help you control it so you don’t have to pay more than what you should.
3 – Do I have access to my site’s backend? Can I change images, texts, headers or whatever I want?
The Lis7o platform connects many APIS to facilitate your experience. You will be provided a user and password for easy access to your cart, banners and main pages. Also, in your monthly service your account manager can help you do the changes and coach you on the ones you can or want to do yourself.
4 – Uh, oh. Something’s broken. What do I have to do to get it fixed? How much money and time will it take to get it done?
The powerful thing about the Lis7o platform is that we have technology and people continuously monitoring the operations. You are no longer on your own but you are backed up by top technology and a team of pros that breed and eat Internet!!!
If something breaks, costs are included in the price and we will fix it asap. Also, you are always with the latest technology. If something happened to the website it will take you 1 phone call or 1 email to notify your account manager and it will get resolved as expediently as possible.
5 - I already have a new site. Would you cut the set-up fee or monthly price?
While we understand that you already have a new site, keep in mind that you will need to, first of all, update the site, create more landing pages, create more internal pages, optimize the whole website, make sure is responsive and conversion oriented. This is all very labor intensive, and it requires marketing know-how, copywriting and other services builted into the package that allows us to maintain an affordable and low monthly fee.
6 – Will you implement other stuff in my site? Will it cost me if I want you to?
There is no additional requirements. There would be additional suggestions, each must be evaluate it on its own when the time is right based on it’s ROI (return of investment) we will not force you to get any other systems to run with us but we will help you navigate all the options that are out there to help you find the best solutions for your business and the most cost effective. We will also help you implement them and make the best use of them.
7 – Are you guys gathering some data on my site?
This is the most important point and we will measure the success of this project based on data. Data will be pulled first from Google Analytics, secondly from the E-commerce cart, third from social impact, and fourth from all new sources and optimizations we will create. All this parameters will be included in a monthly report that you´ll be able to check out directly on your personalized platform. Also, this report will not just include the data, it will also incorporate insights on how to improve your business based on our experience, industry data and your business special needs.
