The goal is to reach out and educate small business owners about our services via networking, events, social and referrals as well as cold calling. We will provide hands-on training by top executives. First year compensation ranges around $50,000-$100,000.

 

Essential Job Functions
– Key initiator of new business development targeting small to medium sized businesses.
– Lead generation, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure.
– Follow up on warm leads, attending events and cold calling.
– Heavy outbound calling, networking and contacting new businesses.
– Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets.
Preferred Skills and Experience
– Successful track record of personal sales performance in a corporate environment.
– Knowledge and implementation of Direct Mail Marketing strategies.
– 2+ years experience in sales and a high call volume environment.
– A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
– Excel in customer service
– Proven inside (Inbound/Outbound calls) sales experience.
– Experience with ZOHO or Salesforce CRM software a plus.
